How does BILL’S Superette Rewards work?
Sign up for your BILL’S Superette account today. Every time you check out, provide your membership phone number to the cashier and you will automatically earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. Points automatically add up after each transaction. Check the bottom of your receipt for your current rewards balance or go to our website or mobile app to see your rewards point total. (points will not be awarded on purchases of fuel, lottery, stamps, tobacco, gift cards, & car wash)
How do I redeem my rewards?
When you purchase a product that is eligible to redeem for points, you cashier will ask if you would like to use your points towards this product. Some items will be free with points and some items will be discounted. Qualified products for redemption will change every month and can be found in our mobile app or on our website under Rewards.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
Your phone number is used as your account number so we know where to apply the points earned. We will never sell your contact information and will only contact you if there is an issue with your account that needs to be corrected.
What happens if I forget to provide my phone number for the transaction?
Your cashier should always ask if you are a rewards member, but if this happens, you may reach out to the Store Manager and provide them with the information from your receipt. The Store Manager will be able to issue the points to your account based on your receipt information.
How do I check my point balance?
There are four ways to find out your points balance.
1. Website – simply sign into the rewards area of the billssuperette.com website to view your points.
2. Phone App – sign into the BILL’S Superette App on your phone and visit the rewards section to view your points total.
3. Receipt – your current points total will be printed on the bottom of your BILL’S Superette receipt.
4. In-Store – See a cashier and have them enter your phone number to get your balance.
How do I spend my points?
You have a few different ways to spend your points. You can redeem your points for in-store discounts and free items. These items will change monthly, so take a look at the billssuperette.com website or check the phone app at the beginning of each month. And don’t worry; you will not need to remind the cashier when you check out. If you have enough points and have picked a qualifying item, the cashier will know to ask you if you would like to use your points on the discounted item.
You may also use your points for discounts on fuel. For every 100 points, you will earn a 1¢ discount per gallon of gas (up to 20 gallons). When redeeming points at the fuel pump, all points will be applied to provide the largest discount available. When redeeming points in-store, you will be able to apply any point value you have previously earned for a discount on fuel.
How long are my points good for?
All points earned will be good for six months from the date you earned them. After six months, the points will expire so make sure that you try to use your points regularly so you don’t miss out on an available savings.
What if I want more family members to be able to use my account?
Everyone in your household will need to provide your phone number upon checkout. Multiple members of your family may use the same sign-in for their mobile app if you wish. Keep in mind that sharing an account also means any member of your family may use any available points.
Will my personal information be sold?
Absolutely not! The rewards program and your information will be managed by Loyalty Lane, Inc. and BILL’S Superette. None of the information you provide us will EVER be sold, rented, or shared by either the company or its employees.
If I provide my e-mail address, are you going to continuously send me e-mails?
No. When you enroll in the BILL’S Superette Rewards, we will send you a welcome e-mail along with 500 sign-up points to get you started. After that, we will send you an e-mail when the current specials change. We may also send you a random e-mail if we feel something is going on in-store that you may enjoy. We don’t like our inbox full of ads so we will work to not fill yours.
Is this a limited-time promotion?
No. This is not a temporary promotion or offer. This program is committed to providing our customers with ongoing discounts.
How do I use digital coupons?
After setting up an account, go to your mobile app or our website and click on Digital Coupons. You will see all available coupons and each one will have a button that says “Clip”. You must clip the coupon to have it available at the checkout. You can always revisit the website or mobile app to see which coupons you have clipped or add more.
Not all locations carry all the items offered in the digital coupon, so pay attention to item sizes, as some offers are only available for a particular size. Coupons are automatically accepted if the correct item(s) have been purchased. We cannot force coupons to be accepted if the coupon parameters are not met (ex. Item, Size, Type, Flavor, etc.)
Why do the digital coupons I clipped last week not show up?
Just like paper coupons, there is an expiration date on each coupon. Once the coupon expires, it will be removed from eligible coupons. Check back often because we are adding coupons on a regular basis.
Can I double digital coupons?
No. Once you have used the coupon you clipped; it will no longer work for additional savings.
Can I use paper coupons as well as digital coupons on the same item?
Coupons are limited to one per item of savings. Digital coupons and paper coupons may not be combined on the purchase of a single item for savings.
